By booking studio time with CWalka Studios in Temple, Texas, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment.
- The balance is due before your session begins.
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via social media DM's.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations will result in a 25% fee.
- No-shows are non-refundable
3. Studio Conduct
- You are responsible for your guests and their behavior.
- No smoking allowed inside the premises or building
- Respectful and professional conduct is expected at all times.
- Any damages caused to equipment or facilities will be charged to the booking party.
4. Session Time
- Your session starts and ends at the time you booked, regardless of your arrival time.
- Additional time may be available at an hourly rate, if the schedule allows.
5. Recordings & Files
- MP3 Files will be provided at the end of your session.
- .wav available upon request
- CWalka Studios is not responsible for storing session files after unless otherwise arranged in writing.
6. Liability
- CWalka Studios is not liable for lost or damaged personal items brought into the studio.
- You release CWalka Studios from liability for any injuries sustained while on the premises and entryways.
